Refund Timing
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method after return inspection. Depending on your financial institution, the credit may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, contact [email protected] immediately with your order number. We can cancel only before fulfillment or shipment begins. If an order has shipped, use the return process after delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If we confirm an error or defect, we will provide the available remedy under applicable law, which may include a replacement or refund.
