Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Return authorization is required before sending any item.
Eligible Items
To protect customer health and safety, supplements must be unused, unopened, sealed, and returned in their original packaging. Opened or used ingestible products, gift cards, and final-sale items are not eligible unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping and Refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
